Entre os grandes vencedores da noite esteve The Pitt, que recebeu o maior número de indicações, com 25, e conquistou o prêmio de Melhor Série de Drama. O protagonista Noah Wyle também foi premiado como Melhor Ator em Série de Drama.
Na categoria de comédia, O Segredo de Widow’s Bay foi o grande destaque. A produção venceu como Melhor Série de Comédia e também levou troféus para Matthew Rhys, como Melhor Ator; Kate O’Flynn, como Melhor Atriz Coadjuvante; Stephen Root, como Melhor Ator Coadjuvante; Hiro Murai, como Melhor Direção; e Katie Dippold, como Melhor Roteiro.
Já Hacks, que recebeu 24 indicações e estabeleceu um recorde para uma produção de comédia, teve Jean Smart como vencedora na categoria de Melhor Atriz em Série de Comédia.
Matthew Rhys também conquistou outro prêmio na cerimônia. O ator foi eleito Melhor Ator em Minissérie, Antologia ou Filme para TV por sua atuação em The Beast in Me.
